What shipped, and when. One entry per release — of the Host that runs your site, or of Mother, the desktop app you build in. Written by hand, not generated from commits.
The project panel's menus now behave like the designer's, and the update card shows real progress instead of a spinner. A new App settings screen lets Mother fetch updates in the background and install them the next time you launch it.
The bundled object store moved from MinIO to Garage, after MinIO's open-source distribution was withdrawn upstream. Media keeps its addresses — from the outside the swap is invisible.
The project panel leads with where a project runs rather than who owns it. Projects and folders can both carry a picture.
A folder is just a folder now — grouping projects no longer means creating a workspace. The signed-in part of the app shares one frame, and the Machines and settings screens were rebuilt to match it.
Email now works from a project running on your own computer: the queue worker and the secrets key ship with the app, and Settings has an Email screen. You can also connect an AI agent from Settings, rename a local project, and eject a project from its own page.
Every message the platform sends — password resets, address confirmations, form notifications — goes through the workflow engine. One mail path you can open and edit, instead of a hidden second one. Alongside it, a long pass over failures that used to happen quietly: saves, deletes and undos that fail now say so and offer a retry.
Quitting the app saves unfinished work first. A save or an undo that fails now surfaces and retries instead of disappearing. The Account and billing screens were redesigned.
The projects browser gained a table view and a side panel for the selected project, and the window chrome got quieter.
Undoing a deleted class or design token reaches the server, not just the screen. Delete, restore and reorder report their failures instead of swallowing them.
Project thumbnails are rendered by the Host itself and kept in a private bucket, so a preview image cannot leak a page that is not public yet.
